END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) for Byte Strategy AI LLC

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Byte Strategy AI LLC, located in St. Petersburg, FL, USA (“Licensor”), regarding use of bytestrategy.ai, bytestrategy.biz, byteriskai.com software, services, and associated documentation (“Software”).
1. License Grant
Licensor grants User a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Software for personal or internal business purposes only, subject to this EULA. No ownership rights are transferred.
2. Restrictions
– No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software.
– No copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing the Software without permission.
– No use for illegal activities, spam, or competing services.
– User may not exceed [1 user per license].
3. Intellectual Property
All Software, including code, designs, and content, is owned by Licensor or licensors. User gains no rights beyond the license granted.
4. Termination
Licensor may terminate this license at any time for breach. Upon termination, User must cease use and destroy all copies.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties. Licensor disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or lost profits.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in St. Petersburg, FL courts.
8. Related Agreements
This EULA incorporates Licensor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service by reference.
By using any software, service, or assessment provided by Byte Strategy AI LLC, the User accepts these terms. Contact: contact@bytestrategy.ai.
